Project Development
To perform this evolution of idea to asset, we will provide the necessary interactive consultation with you and your staff to develop that Vision into a Concept.  We will further develop the Concept by performing analysis and economic studies that will help select the most effective Project Concept Design.  This Concept Design will provide the basis for the Implementation of the Vision.  Capital costs, operational costs and implementation timelines are solidified and ready for Project Implementation.
 
Project Implementation
We will provide all the necessary Project Management skills to help your company bring your Project to reality.  We will take the Concept Design from our Project Development work and develop the required Design and documentation for purchase and construction.  This Design will be the basis for Vendors and Contractors to construct the Project.  In addition, we can provide the necessary building permitting and can manage any of the specialty regulatory analysis and permitting required for environmental applications.
Should you have a Project that has been conceptualized by your staff; we can take your existing development work and turn it into the asset.
The Project will be complete only after we have managed the Start-up and Commissioning of the Project Systems.
 
Design Services
We can also assist the Owner of a Design / Build Project with the oversight and project management for the successful implementation of the Project.  We are experienced managing engineering groups and the construction of multi-discipline projects for industry and commercial business.
